No matter how much you love your furry companions, there will come a time when you will have to leave town for a while. While it is most desirable to take your dogs with you, it is not always possible. Quite possibly, the place you are heading to may not facilitate pets. A few pet owners have the idea of leaving their pets at the homes of either their relatives or willing friends.
While it may sound like a good option, your relatives or friends aren’t well-equipped to deal with your furry friend. Not to mention, your dog may face episodes of stress due to a completely new environment or place.
Why not send your furry companion on vacation instead? Thats right! You can do so with our Dog Boarding and Night-care services. Whether it is one night, a week or a few months, your dog will feel like they are on vacation. We have got everything to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of your pets.
We have 40 kennels which is more than enough to facilitate your furry friends. We got everything that your dog needs for a fun and stimulating stay. Your pet will be taken care of as if they are at a home away from their home ,with special kennels that are designed according to the seasons. In the summer, they are cool and airy. In winter, your friend gets special treatment in the form of a clean bed, warm heat lamps and amazing fun toys! Your dogs will also have access to various enrichment areas for playing, frolicking and simply having fun.
Our staff are well equipped and knowledgeable to deal with all kinds of complications. We take special care of dogs that are extra energetic during special time periods such as mating seasons. They are usually put in separate safe and comfortable kennels. We also keep your pet engaged with fun and playful activities, along with taking them out for walks. That way, they don’t ever succumb to frustration or boredom.
If your pet needs specialised care such as medical treatment or it needs a separate kennel because of its over-activity and mating tendencies, we can provide them with what they need.
As a licensed, insured, and veterinary-approved establishment, you can also trust us to safely administer medication should your pet require it.
Our pricing packages are quite reasonable. We always prioritise your comfort and convenience, as well as quality service.
Please collect your pets by 1 pm. If it’s after 1 pm, there is a £15 extra charge
Late collection any time after 5pm will be charged £15 per hour.
Please bear in mind that all deposits are non refundable and every booking requires a 50% deposit regardless of how many days.
All Bank holidays are charged at double rate throughout the year. We are closed for day care on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Should you require your dog to be fed off our premium cold pressed food there is an extra charge of £2.75 a day.
There is a compulsory heating charge through the winter months of £2.50 a day from November – March. ( SUBJECT TO CHANGE )
Cancellation policy – If you wish to cancel your booking we require a 2 weeks notice prior to this and 1 month notice during our peak seasons Easter, Christmas and summer (July and August)
